HANY MORGAN 

 

Hany Morgan began playing percussion at age five and performing Sufi drum and dance at age seven. Raised in a musical family in Cairo, Egypt, he was surrounded by musical art and taught to play the Darbuka by his father. The Morgan family performed Islamic traditional religious choral music in the time of King Farouk. As well as the Darbuka, Hany plays the duff, segat , Bendir. 

Hany has been the lead drummer for Egypt's famous El Tanoura Dance Troupe in the Sufi tradition for 15 years. He has toured the globe with this large ensemble sponsored by the Egyptian government. As well as composing and teaching, he records and tours with many other musical and dance productions worldwide

 

 

Bunyamin Olguncan

 

He started playing darbuka when he was 5 years old,
He came to Istanbul in 1987 and worked with many famous Turkish musicians.
He has 6 solo albums.
He is currently teaching darbuka and working with Turkish musicians.

 

 

 

MEHDI RYAN 

• Mehdi Ryan, age de 32 ans, est un jeune musicien talentueux. Percussionniste specialiste de la
Derbouka qu'il decouvre des l'age de cinq ans, il en fera son instrument de predilection. C'est son pere qui lui offrit son premier instrument avec lequel il maitrisera, quelques annees plus tard, les differentes techniques de frappe. Il apprend ensuite tous les styles de musiques orientaux, maghrebins et andalous

Il collabore avec Rim'k sur le morceau « Warning ». Il devient le musicien de Soolking avec qui il se produira sur les mythiques scenes de l'Olympia de Paris, l'AccorHotel Arena a l'occasion de la fete de la musique, au Casino de Paris, a l'Auditorium de Radio France a l'occasion du Hip Hop Symphonique 5. Il finira l'annee en se produisant sur la Seine musicale de Boulogne-Billancourt au cote de Soolking & Dadju pour les NRJ MUSIC AWARDS (prix de la meilleure collaboration francophone de l'annee) et en remportant le prestigieux trophee YOUTUBE celebrant ainsi plus de 100 000 followers (144 000 actuellement).
L'annee 2021 se continuera dans la meme lignee, Mehdi Ryan continue de developper ses reseaux sociaux en creant sa chaine Tik Tok (plus de 700 000 abonnes), Facebook (plus de 106 000 abonnes), Instagram (plus de 124 000 followers) et Youtube (plus de 167 000 followers).
Il est invite sur le podcast les 30 Glorieuses avec Yassine Belattar et Thomas Barbazan. Il enregistre le nouvel album de Chico & the Gypsy, collabore avec Gad El Maleh pour differents projets artistiques. He began learning classical guitar in 1998 In 2000, he formed Two Dimensional Space band as a guitarist He was the runner-up of the North China Division of the National Band Competition Beijing Guitar Base was established in 2005 He is an external guitar lecturer at Peking University, Beijing Institute of Technology and many other universities From 2016 to 2018, I studied Middle East drums in the Percussion Department of the China Conservatory of Music In 2019, I was guided by the well-known Middle East drummer Huang Se and participated in major Oriental dance festivals in China, serving as the drummer and judge. Rich experience in teaching, performance and competition.
